KR Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting this Senior HR Specialist / CBA and remuneration policy expert within the banking industry. This role is with a well-known international bank which is continuously growing in Luxembourg. In this role you will report directly to the Deputy Head of HR & Administration and you will have the opportunity to implement and develop the remuneration, benefit and appraisal policies.
Advice on labour law issues and the daily HR work; be involved in tax issues and follow up new labour law regulations and trends.
Reviewing and updating HR procedures, flowcharts and policies, especially those about compensation and benefits, time management, handbooks and training.
Responsible for training management.
Establishing the benefits system.
Responsible for HR data protection.
Responsible for recruitment, boarding, training, appraisals and employee relationship management.
Responsible for ABBL and CBA issues.
Responsible for HR related internal communications.
Establish and update HR systems.
Other projects as assigned by the Head of HR.
You must have at least 5 years of relevant experience focussing on remuneration, benefits and appraisals within the banking industry.
You have extensive knowledge about Luxembourg working legislation and labour laws.
You must be fluent in French and English.
You hold a relevant bachelor’s degree in management, human resources or similar.
You want hands-on and strategic responsibilities with the opportunity to develop the HR department.
