KR Recruitment is delighted to be helping one of its clients source a Senior Corporate Administrator for their Luxembourg office.  In this role, you will liaise with other senior members within the team and provide administrative support to a portfolio of Real Estate & SPV clients

Key responsibilities include:

Liaising with third parties such as lawyers and auditors

Preparation of presentations to the Board

Organisation and drafting of minutes for board meetings

Arranging signing of documentation, drafting of invoices, reconciliation of payment logs and other administration

Assisting with the collation of due diligence and customer take on procedures

Completion of periodic reviews on an annual basis 

Working closely with the lead Director to provide quality and efficient service to the customers of the Real Estate team.

Key skills required:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the industry in Luxembourg

Excellent IT, communication and organisation skills

A degree, preferably in Legal studies, or equivalent experience

Fluent level of English, with another European language constituting a significant advantage

Team player
