The Role:

  • Setting up conference calls and meetingsManaging, planning and organising the agenda of the Managing Director 
  • Arranging travel and accomodation 
  • Following up with expenses and invoices
  • Managing the correspondence and document production 
  • Reporting to the Managing Director 
  • Handling and dispatching calls 
  • Preparing and gathering files needed for public tenders 

The Person:

  • 4-8+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • English and French. German would be an asset. 
  • Good knowledge of the computer software packages
  • Proactivity and communication skills
