KR Recruitment Luxembourg are delighted to be recruiting an HR Manager for one of our best banking sector clients, in their established Luxembourg City offices.
In this outstanding opportunity, you will take an important role in the HR department for this reputable bank. You will be given the autonomy and responsibility to build an HR function from very little.
Your main responsibly will be to provide advice on labor law issues and manage the daily HR work:
- Reviewing and updating HR procedures, flowcharts and policies, especially the policies about compensation and benefits, time management, together with handbooks and training.
- Responsible for HR data protection, for ABBL and CBA issues, and for HR related internal communication.
- Manage the training, recruitment, appraisal, salary reviews and relationships between the employer and the employees.
They are preferably looking for a native French speaker who has extensive knowledge/experience about Luxembourg working legislation, labor law, individual tax and the benefit systems with at least 5 years of experience working within an HR department
