KR Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting this Experienced Sales Executive for the German market. This role is with an  expanding group with over 30 years of experience in high quality and natural roofing products. You will manage your own agenda, and benefit from the advice of the European Sales Manager during your first months to be sure you will be succesful in your role.

 

Your main responsibility:

  • You will develop and maintain a portfolio of customers: do-it-yourself stores, dealers, construction companies, architects, distributors, contractors and local authorities etc.... 

 

Your main functions:

  • You will carry out both physical and phone prospecting to generate new customers.
  • You will manage the existing key accounts and exceed customer expectations in order to  increase the turnover of your portfolio.
  • You will ensure customer loyality, by your presence and you will to deliver an outstanding service at all times.
  • You will acquire, as quickly as possible, expert knowledge of the cutting edge solutions and products the company supplies.
  • You will strategically review your market, and ensure you are aware of development opportunities: new products and new market opportunities.
  • You will self manage and have a great deal of autonomy.  You will provide both weekly and monthly feed back to the European Sales Manager.

Your profile:

  • You have succesful experience as a Sales Executive / Sales Manager with construction products and you are used to be dealing with do-it yourself stores and distributors.
  • As an experienced sales executive, you are autonomous and able to manage your agenda and ensure the development of sales across all Germany.
  • You are a real “hunter” with a strong apetence in new accounts creation for high value added products.
  • You are fluent in German and English; any other additional langage is an asset.
