- Preparation of Corporate Income Tax returns
- Preparation of monthly and annual VAT returns
- Filing of Corporate Income Tax returns and VAT returns with Luxembourg Tax Authorities
- Handle the correspondence and payments with Tax Authorities
- Liaising with Luxembourg tax authorities for tax litigations, audits and automatic exchange of information
- FATCA/CRS compliance of the Luxembourg entities
- Coordinate or handle any had hoc tax queries/projects (e.g. CBCR or TP reports)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Business law or Finance master is desirable
- Very good knowledge of international tax environment (Income tax/ VAT/FATCA-CRS)
- Experience of working in Luxembourg financial services of over 3 years minimum
- Understanding of Luxembourg tax structure
- Excellent English / French – both written and spoken
- Excellent working accounting knowledge
- Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
