Hard skills required

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar position in a Bank in Luxembourg
  • Central Registry Certification is a real plus
  • Very good knowledge of Account Opening documentation and client Onboarding process
  • Understanding of Luxembourg banking law and regulations
  • Ease with IT tools like Avaloq and scanning softwares
  • Very good command of Outlook,Word and Excel
  • Fluent French and English.
  • Dutch would be an asset

Central Registry Officer’s Missions:

  • Review account opening documentation from individual to multilayers accounts
  • Enter account opening data in dedicated applications
  • Manage (create, modify, suppress) all document references
  • Scan, file and archive account documentation
  • Ensure accuracy of all amendments made to account opening data based on control lists and system reports
  • Advise and support CRMs in completing the account opening application
  • Interact with Compliance and Legal departments to insure effective analysis
