Main Duties and Responsibilities
Preparation of Luxembourg entity quarterly reporting packs, including balance sheet reconciliationsProcessing and coding invoices for assigned Luxembourg entitiesAssist the finance team with the timely delivery of the quarterly net asset value calculationManage the year end audit of the financial statements for the assigned Luxembourg companies and assist the finance team with interim and year-end audit processPresenting to Board of Directors for assigned Luxembourg entitiesPreparation of financial statements for Luxembourg group companies and management of income tax and VAT complianceFinancial administration e.g. review of cash balances, preparation of inter-company reconciliations, posting of accrualsLiaising with other departments as appropriate to ensure that all financial and operational matters within the remit are dealt withLiaising with auditors, tax and VAT advisors, managing agents and administrators when requiredAd hoc projects for both the Fund and wider business from time to time, including with other fundsOccasional travel will be required
Technical Skills & Experience Required
Part of fully-qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)You will have previous experience working in a real estate or private equity fund environmentYou will be comfortable working with and instructing third party suppliers such as fund administrators, auditors and tax advisorsGood knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook & accounting systems (MRI experience preferable)Fluent English is essential and candidates also fluent in French or German will be looked upon favourably
