Our client, an international copmpany with over 100 years of existance is looking for their future Digital Transformation Leader.



· Identify areas and opportunities for creating value to the business and increasing efficiency by digital solutions
· Coordinate with digital initiatives of other Minimax Viking businesses
· Create concepts for digital solutions, describe their business logic, priority and benefits and their implementation
· Agree with the management on a “digital transformation roadmap" and keep it updated considering new requirements
and future technological developments
· Specify data models, processes, tools and systems as well as interfaces to be developed/implemented
· Define respective projects, obtain approvals and manage internal and external resources
· Agree with other departments on data structures and respective preparation and maintenance of the data
· Supervise software development, system integration, data migration and testing of tools and systems to be developed
· Define processes/workflows according to the digital solution and contribute to respective organizational changes
· Train the affected teams in the modified processes/workflows and use of the digital solutions
· Supervise execution and success of implemented processes, data models and digital solutions

Qualifications and experience:

· Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable qualification
· Experience with digital transformation projects, for example implementation of an integrated ecommerce platform
· Experience in business process development and in dealing with complex data
· Basic knowledge of common programming languages and content management systems
· Good overview of digital technologies such as big data analytics, cloud computing, machine learning and IoT
· Experience as business integrator between digital solutions and an ERP is an asset
· Proven skills in project management, preferably applied in a multi-national organization operating in domains of product
sales and distribution
· Proven experience in orchestrating software developers, software integrators and in leading external service providers
· Proficient in working with various software and capable to familiarize quickly with any further software
