Our client is an international Asset Manager in Luxembourg City Centre. Due to developments in strategy and activity, they are currently seeking a Distribution & Regulatory Oversight Analyst
This may be a good opportunity for someone who is looking to leave Audit and work inhouse with a leading human-sized Asset Manager. The role would initially be for a one year CDD, with the idea to become permanent thereafter.

Your role :
Perform regular oversight of all Fund Distribution functions.
Develop and implement a Distribution Oversight function in conjunction with other areas such as Compliance and Fund Oversight
Provide regulatory advice on new products and procedures
Assist on Compliance issues to ensure Regulatory requirements are being met
Profile and key expertise:
4 to 6 years in Fund Services and or Fund Audit in Luxembourg
Excellent command of English, with French or German constituting an advantage
Ability to work autonomously as well as collectively
Have an excellent knowledge of current regulations, such as MIFID, AIFMD etc.
