KR Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting the Finance Administrator position for a wolrd's leading Investment firm in Luxembourg.
The successful candidate will be part of an international group and work in a human-sized office based in Luxembourg City.
You will have the opportunity to work with the Finance Team, ensuring the day to day administration of their various companies. The international presence of the group will provide challenges every day.
Your main responsibilities:
Management of incoming and outgoing mails
Updating and tracking invoices, expenses and payments.
Opening and managing bank accounts, making all payments
General bookkeeping of invoices and bank statements
Organise physical board meetings
Organise signature of documents
liaising with third party suppliers for the provision of legal and accounting documents
The ideal candidate will be :
Fluent in English and French
At least 3 years of experience working in a similar position
University graduate in Economics, Accountant, Finance or any related subjects
Good team spirit
Technical financial services knowledge required
