Financial Controller - Private Equity (BE883736)

KR Recruitment is delighted to be assisting a Private Equity firm in their search for a Financial Controller. They are searching for an experienced Accountant or Controller, who wants to work in a small office and have a wide range of responsibilities as well as an exposure to the strategy and direction of the business

The role:

• Liaise with external service providers in the production of NAV and annual accounts
• Prepare and review the cash reconciliation and cashbook
• Review fund flows, payments and the wider funding process
• Assist in the set up of new fund structures
• Manage board processes including the minutes
• With the Directors, prepare and review legal and tax documents
• Assist colleagues in the KYC process

Your profile:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Accountant or Controller in Luxembourg, either in a fiduciary or Asset Management environment
• Private Equity, or at least Funds experience would be a strong asset
• Possesion of, or being in the process of obtaining an accounting qualification would be an advantage
• An ability to handle multiple deadlines and workloads
• Total fluency in English.
