Please note that the role is initially for a fixed-term contract of one year.

The Role:

Monitor compliance requirements for funds daily utilizing the master system.

Take proactive steps to communicate any compliance issues contained in the reports and to develop resolutions of such issues.

The Person:

A previous supervisory experience in Funds Compliance and/or Audit 

Good knowledge of Investment Restrictions is essential

A good understanding of the Luxembourg Funds Industry is essential(4+ years)

You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail. 

You will thrive under pressure and be able to organise yourself independently as you will have a great deal of autonomy

Absolute fluency in English is essential with other languages beneficialHighly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, capable of monitoring and completing a variety of projects simultaneously; ability to keep abreast of regulatory changes effecting funds.

Knowledge of U.S. governing rules, i.e. 1940 Act and I.R.C. rules, as well as systems such as Charles River and MIG 21.

Familiarity of offshore governing rules, i.e. UCITS.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Possess ability to work in a potentially high pressure, client-driven environment.
