KR Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting this Human Resources (HR) Officer role for our multinational client within their European HQ. Our client is a global leader within its sector and has an unrivalled reputation for quality engineered products globally.
This role will initially be for a period of 12 months.
You will work within the HR team in an international organisation you will take ownership over your tasks, be an integral member of the autonomous team and help improve processes at both a local and European level.

Assisting in the scope to reorganize the process / procedures within the HR structure
Under your remit you will be responsible for delivering group support / guidance on government and legal matters
You will deliver technical training programmes for employees
New employee setup
You will oversee a smooth and efficient payroll function, including managing employee sickness
You will manage all the contract workers from a HR perspective
Business partnering – people management & development programmes
In addition, there is scope to assist the Head of HR and take over some of her more senior responsibilities across various areas
Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with a focus on HR
5 years of experience in a similar position.
