KR Recruitment Luxembourg is delighted to be recruiting this Inhouse Legal Administrator role for a central holding in Luxembourg city centre. The ideal candidate will need an excellent level of English, have good Luxembourg Corporate eperience, as well as excellent attention to detail
Typical tasks will include:
Incorporation of companies (corporate documentation, creation of administrative records… )
Ensure all company records and statutory registers are properly maintained, as well as comprehensive minute-taking
Coordinate the communications with clients as well as all internal and external parties concerned on the client companies
Ensure proper maintenance of (legal) records of all actions taken is provided
Skills Required:
2-3 years' Luxembourg experience in Legal administration, Domiciliation etc….
Fluency in English is an absolute requirement
Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner; ability to respect agreed deadlines
