KR Recruitment are delighted to be assisting an international brand in their search for a Legal Administrator to join their small in-house legal team. The role will be assisting the team in managing  intellectual property, and this position has arisen in response to the global growth of the business.

Working on a daily basis and supporting the global intellectual property team based in Luxembourg you will be responsible for:

• Continuous management of IP database

• Issuing reports

• Managing global IP assets renewals:

  • Keeping track of renewal deadlines
  • Following renewal process• Management of global recharges process

• Managing document signatures process at Board level:

  • POAs
  • Assignment documentation etc.

• Monitoring results of global IP surveillance systems

• Providing technical support for the legal team in IP assets filings

• Providing technical support for the legal team in IP assets prosecution and registration:

  • Keeping track of payments of registration / prosecution fees
  • Managing formal office actions and office notifications
  • Domain name registration and maintenance


(1) Essential:

• Experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in working in Excel

• Experience in data validation and verification

• Experience in extracting and issuing reports

• Proven knowledge and experience in intellectual property assets administration

• High organisational skills and diligence in assets management (proactiveness)

(2) Ideal:

• Law degree or LL.M in Intellectual Property

• Combined experience in private practice (law firm) and in-house (legal department)
