KR Recruitment Luxembourg is delighted to be recruiting this Office Manager/Executive Assistant role for an investment company based in the City Centre. This diverse and varied role involves taking care of all management aspects of this medium-sized office, as well as providing Executive and Administrative assistance Yas and when it is needed

The Role:

Office Management; dealing with suppliers, approvisioning/ordering
Arranging travel for the executive members of the company
Managing the diaries, travel, correspondence and compliance administration
Using your soft skills, handling all internal and external enquiries of the company 
Assisting the company in compiling Financial end of month and quarterlyr eporting

The Person:

2-5+ years of experience in a similar position
Fluent in English and French. German and/or Luxembourgish would constitute an asset  
Good knowledge of Outlook, Work and Excel
Strong administrative and organisational skills
