KR Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting an Officer Manager for an Asset Management company which is settling in Luxembourg.

 Job summary: 

To provide an efficient andresponsive administrative, organizational and logistical service to the team and maintain the smooth running of the office. 

Your responsibilities:

- Perform reception duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner,

- Answer all calls and keep detailed and accurate messages, 

- Open, distribute and send all post including courier deliveries,

- Book cabs and other travel requirements and update the appropriate calendars, 

- Order stationery, office equipment and furniture and maintain relevant office supplies, 

- Organize office maintenance and repair and ensure that the office is kept in good order, 

- Look after filing, photocopying binding of documents, 

- Greet visitors at the office and direct them to the appropriate team member or meeting room, 

- Set up of meeting room including the provision of refreshments and lunches, 

- Liaise with other administrative team members and assist during busy periods, 

- Any other tasks relating to secretarial or administrative work as required from time to time, 


Your Profile: 

- Significant experience in corporate administration, contracting matters,

- Absolute fluency in English, German is a big +,

- Able to work independently as well as part of a team, in an international environment,

- Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills,

- Adaptable, flexible, collaborative, initiative taker,

- Ability to deal professionally at all levels, dealing with complex matters and producing high standard of work,

- IT literate and skilled in Microsoft software applications,

- Good knowledge of Word and Excel. Experience with MRI (accounting) would be a plus.
