KR Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting this Office Manager role for an Investment Management company for their office. This role is a mix between Office Management and Executive Assistance. Please note that previous experience and knowledge of French or German is essential for this position.


Key responsibilities:

Supporting the team in the Luxembourg office, you will manage all the administration for the companyManaging the diaries, travel, correspondence and compliance administrationAnswering, screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when neededReceiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriersAssisting the Legal team in filig and administering the different entitiesBilling processes and main contact for the bankManaging the providers of the groupReconciliation tasks (basic accounting responsibilities)

Skills / experience required:

Established previous experience essential in a similar positionEnglish and French, with other languages constituting an advantageExcellent knowledge of Outlook, Work and ExcelBe comfortable with numbers and in Excel is keyStrong administrative and organisational skills
