Be responsible for the office management (correspondence, office suppliers, bills, car leasing etc).Liaise with lawyers, notary and other service providers.Filing HR documents, liaising with payroll company and preparing expense reports.Travel arrangements for the Luxembourg team.Arrange and organize internal and external meetings.
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position in the financial sector.Fluent in French and English.Holding a University degree will be considered an asset.IT savvy and with advanced Excel and a good knowledge with other office packages.Sound knowledge of local regulations to give support to the company’s day to day operation.Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).Excellent administrative and organization skills.Ability to multitask and work independently, able to work under pressure.
