- Assisting in Daily accounting operations (basic entry / banking)
- Office adminstration
- Facility management
- Assistance (travel plans, booking, reimboursement of expenses)The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

- Similar experience in office administration or facility managemnt
- University degree
- Working knowledge on MS Office pack
- Fluent in English and French
- Team oriented and willingness to perform tasks outside his or her primary job description.
