  • At least 3 years experience in fast moving or customer oriented business environment
  • Personal Assistant experience ideally
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft (excel, power point, word)
  • Proficient in email management
  • Preferably bi-lingual (English and French)
  • Strong planning and organisation skills
  • Strong administrative planning skills (organising board meetings, keeping licenses and corporate documents up to date)
  • Perform work related errands (picking up post, collecting and/or depositing documents)
