Reception and Facilites Management experience
Working at the European HQ, you will take on a pivotal role in the smooth running of the office
In this flat structure you will need to be independent, inquisitive and highly motivated.
• Responsible for welcoming all visitors, providing information on services and appropriately passing on enquiries
• Ensure that reception areas are tidy and that information is displayed and kept up-to-date
• Undertake administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth running of the bank
• Report complaints in the correct procedure to direct Management and to the Legal department.
• Continuously improves operational procedures contributing to greater service and product quality
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar position
• At least Bac+2 / Bachelors degree
• Thrives working in an international environment
• Proactive and able to work autonomously and flexibly
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent English and French, both written and spoken
