KR Recruitment Luxembourg is delighted to be recruiting this Finance & Regulatory Reporting role for a leading International Bank at their European HQ in Luxembourg. In this role you will be responsible for delivering world class accounting systems for the group.
Manage the consolidation and preparation of all financial statements including, notes and other financial disclosures for the Company’s US, IFRS and regulatory filings
Lead and research matters applicable to accounting, regulatory and tax requirements to ensure compliance and provide senior management updates on developments and the impacts to the Company
Develop and implement procedures to ensure timely preparation and review of financial statements
Ensure that controls over reporting processes are in place and working effectively
Link between Finance and the “clients” financing / banks on a global basis.You will interact closely with the internal traders as well to ensure tailor made solution for clients and suppliers
Degree in Accounting / Finance discipline or equivalent experience (University Degree 4 years or equivalent)
Around five years' experience in a similar position
Strong financial accounting and regulatory reporting experience within Luxembourg (CSSF / BCL)
Strong understanding of IFRS, US GAAP and CSSF reporting requirements
Understanding of the integrated systems of internal control necessary to operate in a regulated business environment
Fluent in French and English with additional language skills being helpful
