KR Recruitment Luxembourg is delighted to be recruiting this Senior Compliance Officer for our client, a Family Office in Luxembourg.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all Compliance and Regulatory functions of the business, as well as assisting the Legal Team in their day to day queries
You will also act as a point of escalation, taking ownership on outstanding Regulatory issues.
The successful candidate can expect to work in an environment which is demanding and rewarding.
The Role:
Analysis and review and monitoring of all internal Compliance procedures
Using your previous experience to analyse trends and behavioral patterns which may identify instances of non-compliance, and escalate as necessary
Assisting requests for relevant KYC documentation
Preparation and review of Daily, periodical and Quarterly reporting
Keeping yourself up to date on all regulatory changes within the industry
Assisting in projects, as and when the need arises
The Person:
At least five years’ relevant experience in a similar role (Compliance/Audit)
Excellent knowledge in Compliance Monitoring across Luxembourg unregulated Funds
Good attention to detail, particularly when it comes to procedures
Perfect command of English. Other languages such as French or German would be highly desired
Good knowledge of regulations (FATCA/CRS/DAC 6 etc.)
