KR Recruitment Luxembourg is delighted to be recruiting this Finance & Regulatory Reporting role for a leading Insurance Company at their European HQ in Luxembourg.
This is a strategic role in the group's European operations
Lead and manage the Reporting and regulatory filings
Lead and research matters applicable to accounting, regulatory and tax requirements to ensure compliance and provide senior management updates on developments and the impacts to the Company
Develop and implement procedures to ensure timely preparation and review of financial statements
Ensure that controls over reporting processes are in place and working effectively
Lead experienced team
Fluent in English
Degree in Accounting / Finance discipline or equivalent experience (University Degree 4 years or equivalent)
A strong financial accounting and regulatory reporting experience within Luxembourg (CSSF/ CAA / BCL)
Strong understanding reporting requirements, with CAA and Solvency II constituting an advantage
Understanding of the integrated systems of internal control necessary to operate in a regulated business environment
