KR Recruitment Luxembourg is delighted to be recruiting this Assistant Manager role for an established bank here in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate proven experience in client servicing all TA administration of Luxembourg-domiciled funds. The successful candidate will find a rewarding work environment.
• Understanding the clients' individual needs and putting them into practice
• Leading and inspiring other to follow your lead in excellent levels of client service, and providing solutions to complex issues
• Finding solutions in a timely manner, in relation to on-boarding of new clients' requirements, and integrating it into the company's system, as and when they arise; from both an operational and IT perspective
• Liaising directly with internal and external clients, identifying gaps, as well as i.e problem-solving on complex business needs as the new business grows and develops
• Effective communication with all other parts of the business
• Have between 4 and 7 years' TA Client Servicing experience in a similar position, of which two were in a supervisory role
• Perfect command of English. Other languages such as French or German would be highly desired
• A solid understanding of Transfer Agency in Luxembourg is essential, as well as a good understanding of other functions such as Fund Accounting, Custody, Fund Administration processes etc.
• MS Excel / IT skills are essential, as well as knowledge of different fund platforms, fund administration systems, SWIFT etc.
