We are looking for an ambitious Technical Accountant to assist them with their internal Accounting and Technical Reporting

This is an all-encompassing role, which involve a lot of autonomy

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure that the day to day Accounting and Reporting is precise and accurate

• Be in charge of the Solvency Reporting process

• Arranging that all data is correctly manipulated into the diverse reporting

• Liaise with external auditors on all documentation

• Ensure internal controls are operating effectively and are properly documented

• Coordinate and work with other departments of the Company for the overall efficiency of the finance function


Your Profile

• Previous experience in Technical Accounting in an Insurance or Reinsurance company

• Knowledge of Solvency II Reporting essential

• Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail, conscientious about timeliness of assignments and quality of work

• Excellent organizational skills

• Good command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly in Excel

• Good communication skills, with fluency in English essential. French would also be highly desired

• Proactive team player with the ability to work independently to tight deadlines and complete set tasks while managing multiple priorities

• Ability to work in small teams with capability to run projects with direct supervision
