Responsibilities

Lead a team of 10 people across the EMEA region- increasing team engagement

Applying a high level of problem solving skills to ensure customer needs and requirements are met as well as supporting sales and field representatives

Responsible for local support strategy and plan

Preparing local service organizations, field applications and technical training to support new product launches

Have the ability to spot opportunities for continuing improvements to key services including technical, distribution and escalation processes

Develop strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Manage team revenue functions and be able to spot opportunities again for cost reduction through improvement of processes

Would require up to 20% of travel across EMEA region

Experience

A background in Science, Engineering, or business management

Ideally a minimum of 7+years of successful technical management experience- this is negotiable

Highly computer illiterate

A demonstrated background in continual improvements of processes

Excellent grasp of both oral and written English- another language would be highly beneficial
