KR Recruitment Luxembourg is delighted to be recruiting this TA Oversight Officer for our client, a mid-sized Asset Manager in Luxembourg.

The successful candidate will be responsible in delivering a high class service for the Asset Manager’s clients, using his or her extensive knowledge in Transfer Agency to resolve queries in a timely manner. This role is initially for a fixed period, with the intention to make it permanent thereafter.

You will also act as a point of escalation, taking ownership on outstanding issues. There will also be some operational duties required as part of the Oversight function, including, but not limited to; Trailer Fees and QMC calculation, review of distribution agreements, reconciliation oversight, client mediation, escalation and resolution of queries

The successful candidate can expect to work in an environment which is demanding and rewarding. This role will be initially on a fixed-term contract of one year.

The Role:

Manage and execute the daily operational oversight activities

Provide and ensure a high level of operations expertise, business analysis

Coordinate fund events and activitiesLiaise with internal and external stakeholders, administrators, CRM'S )Investigate and resolve queries from internal and external clients

Perform reconciliations, NAV Review, Rebate Review, Supplier oversight activities

Ensure and follow up internal and external reports and actions list

Analysis of Supplier KPIs

Drive Service Excellence with Suppliers

The Person:

4+ years' previous experience in Transfer Agency.

A detailed knowledge of Transfer Agency functions is essential for this role

Perfect command of English essential. Other languages such as French or German would be highly desired

BA/MS degree and/or equivalent work experience

Excellent Funds administration and functions knowledge; Transfer Agency, Custody, Fund Accountancy, Compliance etc.

A good knowledge of Fund Distributions would be a distinct advantage

Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel, would be essential
